Grievance Redressal Committee

At Scope Global School, our primary identity and guiding light is our commitment to being a child-centric institution. We constantly strive to foster a safe, supportive, and open environment for our students and their families.

However, in any large educational institution, genuine mistakes occur, and communication lapses can sometimes cause misunderstandings or distress. We take full responsibility for working through these moments with transparency, empathy, and speed.

Level 1: Direct Administrative Resolution

For most daily queries, scheduling matters, or immediate concerns, we encourage parents to reach out directly to the school administrative office or class teacher. Our staff is dedicated to resolving issues promptly at this initial level.

Level 2: Formal Grievance Committee Escalation

 

If your concern has not been satisfactorily addressed through the administrative office, you may submit a formal representation to the Grievance Redressal Committee through either of the following channels:

 

Option A: Email Representation

• Email: scope.grievance@gmail.com

• Required Information: Please include your full name, your child's name, grade, and roll number, your contact phone number, and a detailed summary of the issue.

 

Option B: Anonymous Feedback Form

• Form Access: You may fill out the anonymous feedback form previously shared with all parents via WhatsApp.

• Need the Link? If you do not have the link, please reach out to the school office and we will be happy to provide it to you.

 

What to Expect & Timeline:

• Acknowledgement: Our team will send an initial written acknowledgement of your grievance within 10 working days.

• Review Process: Convening the Grievance Redressal Committee—chaired by the Principal—requires careful coordination among all committee members. We deliberately dedicate this time to ensure every concern is thoroughly investigated with the care, objectivity, and individual attention it deserves.

• Resolution Action: Following our internal review and meeting, the committee will reach out to schedule an in-person meeting or provide a formal written resolution.
